It involves an exploratory conversation about the issues which concern you, your future aspirations and hopes. From this we are able to assess how best we might be able to assist, and what resources are most appropriate for the assignment. There is no fee for this initial consultation, which typically takes about an hour.

This free consultation is somewhat open-ended, with a broad conversation about immediate problems or issues. It will also cover longer term objectives, competitive realities and what resources are available.

Our objective in this meeting is to determine key strategic issues.  David is also able to judge our ability to assist, and which is the most suitable way to proceed, and if any specialist resources are needed.
