When you contact Transition Capital for assistance we provide a no-fee, obligation free consultation with David Shelton. This is exploratory in nature, to determine how best we might be able to assist, and what resources are most appropriate for the assignment. There is no fee for this initial consultation. It typically takes about an hour.
The consultation is somewhat open-ended, with a broad conversation about immediate problems or issues. It will also cover longer term objectives, competitive realities and what resources are available.
Our objective in this meeting is to determine key strategic issues. David is also able to judge our ability to assist, and which is the most suitable way to proceed, and if any specialist resources are needed.

David Shelton is an entrepreneurial strategic thinker with over 30 years senior management experience. This is as advisor, director, executive, owner and investor across a wide range of industries. He brings an ability to analyse market situations and assess business opportunity.
Over his career he has owned and operated several small businesses, been strategic advisor to Top 500 companies, held several Board positions (listed and unlisted) and both CEO and COO positions.
David understands what is needed for business success, and the difficulties (both internal and external) that business owners and managers face in the pursuit of profitable growth.
He holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco, a B.Comm from Curtin University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
